"Easy order delivered when they said it…"
Easy order delivered when they said it would , had a small hiccup with a loose part from transit, talked me through putting it back , offered to send out a tech but was an easy fix. Answered my calls and was very responsive, followed up a day later to make sure I was happy. Not sure of the other complaints but I have none.

"Purchased due to False Advertising (Confirmed by Manufacturer), and DealBeds Won't Make it Right"
Bottom line: I purchased this bed base based on false advertising. I thought it was defective and the company said they thought they could fix it, but couldn't. This week I got information and confirmation from the manufacturer that 4 features/specifications of this base were falsely advertised (3 of which were key factors in my decision to purchase). Despite selling me a bed base under false pretense, they are refusing to refund me unless I arrange and pay for the return myself which costs more than the bed base cost! I recommend avoiding this company!

At first I thought the bed base didn't do what it was/is advertised to do because it was defective. Now I have learned from the Manufacturer that my bed base doesn't work as advertised because the advertisement was wrong!

Four Features/Specifications that were/are Being Falsely Advertised by this Company (All 4 Confirmed by Manufacturer):
1-Bed base only inclines to 58 degrees (not 70-75 as advertised on Amazon or 78 on their website)
2-Remote doesn't have two presets and two programmable buttons (i.e. four separate buttons) as advertised (and the presets can't be double programmed which is what I was told the last time I brought up this discrepancy.)
3-Bed base motors aren't silent as advertised. Manufacturer agent, Harmony, described the motor volume as "loud, but not too loud." (Please note: Loud is subjective, but silent isn't and the manufacturer confirms the motors aren't silent.)
4-The full coverage warranty isn't 3 years long as advertised. It is only 1 year.

Some of the other downsides I’ve experienced related to the product or the customer service:
*It articulates extremely slowly compared to other adjustable bed frames.
*When I requested a refund because I thought the product was defective (not falsely advertised as I know now), customer service was really invested in getting problems fixed. They thought they knew what would fix the base, and promised a refund if the replacement part didn't fix the problems (which was the only way I'd try the new part). When part finally arrived and didn't fix the problems customer service told me I had already had my chance to return. (After 4 weeks they changed to say I could if I arrange and pay for the freight shipping which costs more than the bed base and was not an original return term.)
*I was told the part would arrive within 4 days, but it ended up taking over 3 months. I followed up many times. Customer service would respond, but never followed up with me and tried to hold the 3 months against me. I never would have agreed to wait more than a few weeks for a replacement part.
*They have continued to change and add return requirements since the original terms prior for me trying the part that was supposed to fix the "defect." (That turned out to not be working as advertised because the advertising was wrong.)
*My bed base only sits up to 45 degrees (which is defective because it should sit up to 58 degrees), but I thought it was defective and was supposed to sit to 70-75 degrees advertised. The seller offered to give me a part that isn't for my base to hopefully make the bed base sit up to 70+ degrees. They told me I'd have to install it myself. Doing this would void the warranty.
*I requested to talk with management. I was told I could. Called and was told I would be called back in 20 minutes by a manager, but never was. Called back the next time I was able to and was first told management wasn't available, but eventually I was told I wouldn't be allowed to talk to management and could only talk with that specific customer service agent because he had made a mistake in a response to me and is now responsible for all communication with me. I should be able to talk to a manager about problems with a $1000 purchase and especially after being told I could multiple days and times.

"Almost cancelled glad I didn’t!"
Was really concerned. I placed my order and then found their reviews. Called them up to cancel, they made a valid point that people usually just come to these sites to complain. So I let it continue. My order was delivered 5-days later by FedEd. The next day the white glove folks turned up and set everything up. It was exactly as Customer Service said it would be. Everyone was polite and courteous and I love my new adjustable bed. I highly recommend these folks.

"The company is incompetent and fraudulent"
the company is incompetent. it is run by about ten people and they all act in a gang-like mentality. their business structure doesn't allow proper management and oversight to make sure employees aren't abusing the policy and aren't harassing the customers. it's impossible to reach out to anyone beyond the call pickup line, which is managed by 2 to 3 people. they commit fraud by lying about nonexistent formal documents. they will never take responsibility for their mistakes.

they will deliver a damaged, likely used product when the customer isn't home. when the customer calls to return, the process will take two months and the customer will be faulted for the damaged delivery, being threatened with a $500 penalty for return shipping. they will commit fraud, lying that they have a signature received during delivery, when the customer wasn't even present to receive shipment.

all good, 5-star ratings here are fake. with the rep named 'Mary' being the most abusive rep I've had to deal with. the reps work in comfort of knowing that they will support each other no matter how wrongful the other person's treatment of the customers may be. in reality, they disrespect each other since nobody stands up against any corruption.

"False advertising and their products don't match the photos posted"
I tried to order an item and they told me they couldn't get the item and that they had a modified version and cancelled my order. I reached out to the manufacturer directly and they have not modified this item at all. I then spoke to customer service they reordered the item and they then cancelled the item for a second time saying their item version was different. It has been a horrible experience from start to finish.

"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam ! I ordered a bed and never got it. I called like 4 times and the customer service person lied to me saying that they are making my bed. I asked where is it she said California! Next time I called I asked where is the bed. She said oh it's in Maryland! I said oh why is it there I thought you said California? She said oh I don't know. Then I called again got a guy and he said he dont know where it was. By then I got tired of being lied to so a said just cancel it. He said ok then you will be charged 299.00 for canceling it ! I said well then don't cancel it. I will wait to see if it's here by Saturday. We'll it never came and the guy canceled it anyway. So I called again and talk to the so called supervisor and he said the same thing but said the bed was in Florida! No one knew where the bed was and then the guy canceled it. And now they want me to pay for canceling it !! Do not buy a bed from this company they don't know what they are doing and they are a rip off. I lost 74.00 dollars already now they want more money !

"I bought a queen size bed from this…"
I bought a queen size bed from this site last month. I immediately contacted the site saying there are many scratches and leather on one side of the rail ripped. Customer service agent said to send the photos of damaged items, I sent immediately. Then no response from the site, I called many times. Finally one agent said to mail the box photos to see whether it is fedex mistake to damage. I did send the photos. Then no response. Called the site again, then they said barcode on the box. Its been going on from several weeks. Tired of calling them. I never wrote a review in my life, but this time I am really upset and share my view to the public.
