"Smooth ordering process and timely delivery..."
Placing the order was a breeze, and it arrived right on schedule. There was a minor issue with a loose piece from shipping, but they guided me on how to fix it myself. They even offered to send a technician, but honestly, it was an easy fix. They were quick to answer my calls and super responsive, plus they checked in the next day to see if I was satisfied. I can't speak for the other reviews, but I’ve got no complaints here.

"Easy order delivered when they said it…"
Easy order delivered when they said it would , had a small hiccup with a loose part from transit, talked me through putting it back , offered to send out a tech but was an easy fix. Answered my calls and was very responsive, followed up a day later to make sure I was happy. Not sure of the other complaints but I have none.

"Misleading Ads and Poor Customer Service from DealBeds"
To sum it up: I bought this bed base because of misleading advertising. Initially, I thought it was broken, and the company claimed they could fix it, but they couldn't. This week, I got confirmation from the manufacturer that four features of this base were misrepresented (three of which were crucial in my buying decision). Even after selling me a bed base under false pretenses, they refuse to give me a refund unless I handle and pay for the return myself, which costs more than the bed base itself! I suggest steering clear of this company!
At first, I believed the bed base wasn’t functioning as it was supposed to because it was faulty. Now, I’ve learned from the manufacturer that it doesn’t work as claimed because the ads were incorrect!
Here are Four Features/Specifications that this Company Misrepresented (All Confirmed by Manufacturer):
1. The bed base only inclines to 58 degrees (not the 70-75 degrees advertised on Amazon or 78 on their site).
2. The remote doesn’t have two presets and two programmable buttons (i.e., four separate buttons) as claimed (and the presets can’t be double programmed, which is what I was told last time I raised this issue).
3. The bed base motors aren’t silent as advertised. The manufacturer’s agent, Harmony, described the motor noise as "loud, but not too loud." (Just a note: Loud is subjective, but silent isn’t, and the manufacturer confirms the motors aren’t silent.)
4. The full coverage warranty isn’t three years as advertised; it’s only one year.
Some other issues I’ve faced with the product or customer service include:
*It moves really slowly compared to other adjustable bed frames.
*When I asked for a refund because I thought the product was defective (not falsely advertised as I know now), customer service was eager to help. They thought they had a fix and promised a refund if the replacement part didn’t solve the issues (which was the only way I’d try the new part). When the part finally arrived and didn’t work, customer service told me I had already missed my chance to return. (After four weeks, they changed their tune and said I could return it if I arranged and paid for the freight shipping, which costs more than the bed base and wasn’t part of the original return terms.)
*I was told the part would arrive in four days, but it took over three months. I followed up many times. Customer service would respond but never followed up with me and tried to hold the three months against me. I wouldn’t have agreed to wait more than a few weeks for a replacement part.
*They’ve kept changing and adding return requirements since the original terms for me trying the part that was supposed to fix the "defect" (which turned out to not work as advertised because the advertising was wrong).
*My bed base only raises to 45 degrees (which is faulty since it should go up to 58 degrees), but I thought it was defective and was supposed to reach 70-75 degrees as advertised. The seller offered me a part that isn’t for my base to hopefully make it sit up to 70+ degrees. They told me I’d have to install it myself, which would void the warranty.
*I asked to speak with management. I was told I could. I called and was told a manager would call me back in 20 minutes, but that never happened. When I called back later, I was first told management wasn’t available, but eventually, I was told I couldn’t talk to management and could only speak with that specific customer service agent because he had made a mistake in a response to me and was now responsible for all communication. I should be able to talk to a manager about issues with a $1000 purchase, especially after being told I could multiple times.

"Purchased due to False Advertising (Confirmed by Manufacturer), and DealBeds Won't Make it Right"
Bottom line: I purchased this bed base based on false advertising. I thought it was defective and the company said they thought they could fix it, but couldn't. This week I got information and confirmation from the manufacturer that 4 features/specifications of this base were falsely advertised (3 of which were key factors in my decision to purchase). Despite selling me a bed base under false pretense, they are refusing to refund me unless I arrange and pay for the return myself which costs more than the bed base cost! I recommend avoiding this company!
At first I thought the bed base didn't do what it was/is advertised to do because it was defective. Now I have learned from the Manufacturer that my bed base doesn't work as advertised because the advertisement was wrong!
Four Features/Specifications that were/are Being Falsely Advertised by this Company (All 4 Confirmed by Manufacturer):

Some of the other downsides I’ve experienced related to the product or the customer service:

"So glad I didn’t cancel my order!"
I was pretty worried at first. After placing my order, I stumbled upon some reviews that had me second-guessing. I even called to cancel, but they pointed out that most folks only come to these sites to air grievances. So, I decided to stick with it. My order arrived five days later via FedEx. The following day, the white glove team showed up and set everything up for me. It was just like Customer Service promised. Everyone was super polite and friendly, and I’m really loving my new adjustable bed. I’d definitely recommend these guys!

"Incompetent and Deceptive Company Practices"
This company is a total mess. It's run by a small crew of about ten folks who seem to operate like a tight-knit gang. Their setup lacks the necessary management and oversight, which leads to employees taking advantage of policies and even harassing customers. Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone beyond the few who answer the phones, which is usually just 2 or 3 people. They engage in deceit by claiming to have formal documents that don’t exist. Taking responsibility for their blunders? Forget it.
When you’re not home, they’ll drop off a damaged or possibly used item. If you try to return it, expect a drawn-out process that could take two months, and they’ll blame you for the damage, even threatening a hefty $500 fee for return shipping. They’ll also lie about having a signature for delivery when you weren’t even there to receive it.
All those glowing 5-star reviews? Totally fake. The representative named 'Mary' was the worst I’ve encountered. The reps seem to feel safe knowing they’ll back each other up, no matter how poorly they treat customers. In truth, they don’t even respect one another, as no one dares to challenge the corruption.

the company is incompetent. it is run by about ten people and they all act in a gang-like mentality. their business structure doesn't allow proper management and oversight to make sure employees aren't abusing the policy and aren't harassing the customers. it's impossible to reach out to anyone beyond the call pickup line, which is managed by 2 to 3 people. they commit fraud by lying about nonexistent formal documents. they will never take responsibility for their mistakes.
they will deliver a damaged, likely used product when the customer isn't home. when the customer calls to return, the process will take two months and the customer will be faulted for the damaged delivery, being threatened with a $500 penalty for return shipping. they will commit fraud, lying that they have a signature received during delivery, when the customer wasn't even present to receive shipment.
all good, 5-star ratings here are fake. with the rep named 'Mary' being the most abusive rep I've had to deal with. the reps work in comfort of knowing that they will support each other no matter how wrongful the other person's treatment of the customers may be. in reality, they disrespect each other since nobody stands up against any corruption.

"Misleading ads and products don't align with images"
I attempted to purchase an item, but they informed me that it was unavailable and offered a modified version instead, leading to the cancellation of my order. I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they confirmed that there have been no changes to the item. After that, I reached out to customer service, who reordered the item for me, only to cancel it again, claiming that their version was different. This whole ordeal has been a terrible experience from beginning to end.

"Avoid This Company at All Costs"
This company is a total scam! I ordered a bed and it never showed up. I called about four times, and each time, the customer service rep fed me a line about how they were making my bed. When I asked where it was, she said California! The next time I called, I was told it was in Maryland! I was like, wait a minute, you just said California! She had no clue. Then I spoke to another guy who also had no idea where it was. I was fed up with all the lies, so I told him to just cancel the order. He said fine, but I’d be hit with a $299 cancellation fee! I was like, forget that, just hold on and let’s see if it arrives by Saturday. Well, it never did, and the guy went ahead and canceled it anyway. I called back and talked to a so-called supervisor, and he gave me the same runaround, saying the bed was in Florida! Nobody had a clue where my bed was, and then the guy canceled it. Now they want me to pay for canceling! Seriously, don’t buy a bed from this place; they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and are just out to rip you off. I’ve already lost $74, and now they want even more!

"My Experience with a Queen Size Bed Purchase"
Last month, I ordered a queen size bed from this website. Right away, I reached out to them because I noticed a bunch of scratches and one side of the leather rail was torn. The customer service rep told me to send over pictures of the damaged parts, which I did right away. But then, I didn’t hear back from them at all, so I ended up calling multiple times. Eventually, one of the agents asked me to send photos of the box to check if it was a FedEx issue. I sent those too, but still no reply. I called again, and they mentioned something about needing the barcode on the box. This has been dragging on for weeks now, and I’m just fed up with calling them. I’ve never written a review before, but I’m really frustrated and felt the need to share my experience.
